Rooms available in Cargill Street (Dunedin, City Centre) for international/mature students and professionals.One room becomes available from the 12th November 2014, and we are also taking bookings for next year.Rooms are available at a cost from NZ$100 (dorm), NZ$ 140 (single), or NZ$ 160 (double) per week per person plus an extra NZ$ 50 pw/pp for utility costs. There are a total of 7 rooms (340 m2 house). The room price&utility costs include gas, electricity, shared cooking, bathroom&laundry facilities (washing machine). The house is fully insulated and heated with central heating. Wireless internet is also included in the price. The rooms are furnished (bed, linen, towels, desk&chair, wardrobe). The shared facilities are cleaned&serviced weekly (i.e. dishwashing liquid, toilet paper also provided)At the moment, we have a single room that becomes available from 8th June, followed by 3 single rooms from end of July. One of the double rooms will be available from the 3rd of August.
