Rooms are available at a cost from NZ$100 (dorm), NZ$ 125 (single), NZ$ 145 (medium-single), or NZ$ 165 (double) per week per person plus an extra NZ$ 50 pw/pp for utility costs. There are a total of 8 rooms (340 m2 house). The room price&utility costs include gas, electricity, shared cooking, bathroom&laundry facilities (washing machine). The house is fully insulated and heated with central heating. Wireless internet is also included in the price. The rooms are furnished (bed, linen, towels, desk&chair, wardrobe).
